Styled using a 23 inch wig block but please see second image for actual head measurements, this is not a one size fits all wig.
A hard cap wig is a wig that is hand made using a cut and stick method to fit a specific head size. This one does have an elastic band at the back so it could possibly fit a head that’s slightly wider at the back.
